Julia Webb

Julia Webb is a twenty-three year old Photographer from Lodi, Ohio. Julia does only have a Bachelor in Fine Arts in photography, but also obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in dance studies. She has worked as a photography intern for the Kent State Football team for four years creating a love for studio portraiture and sports photography. Julia also had the chance to use her dance knowledge within her photography when she was hired to take photos for the “NUTcracker” at the Akron Civic Theatre, the Kent Dance Ensemble Concert Spring of 2022, Kent Dance Ensemble group photo for the 2022-2023 year, and the student BFA/SDF Dance Concert Spring of 2023. The photos that she took for the Kent State Dance Division will be used in the advertisements for the dance programs and concerts!

 

JuliaWebb’s passion for dance and photography started when she was a child and continued to grow throughout her lifetime. She then discovered her love for photoshopping and composite work when she took digital art classes in high school. Julia then decided to further her passion into a career by studying both dance and photography. Through her time at Kent State University she found a love for portraiture and commercial photography. After graduation Julia hopes to pursue a career in commercialized photography wherever it takes her.
